HOW TO CHECK THE ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?

You can check your order by following the link in your shipment confirmation email. If you have not received the shipment confirmation email yet, you can also check your order status through the Order Tracker page.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The timing of your order delivery depends on the type of product you ordered, your shipping address, and shipping method of your choice. Delivery time may be longer than expected during sales and promotions.

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCT?

You can return your online order for free within 100 days without any reason.As long as you follow the instructions on how to return, return the product will not cause any loss.

Fill in the return order, attach the reason for the return, insert the package, and seal the box. The return and return labels should be sent with the original order.

Put the return label on the package on the original label.

Please note the tracking number indicated on the return label.

WILL I GET A REFUND ON MY SHIPPING COSTS IF I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We will try our best to return your shipping fee. In some cases, your entire shipping fee can be refunded if you want to return the full order. We will not be able to refund your shipping costs if you simply return some of your order, or if you did not return your package to the same shipping company.

In order for us to refund your returned items in full, you must return them to the appropriate package and wear or damage outweighs the nature, features, and functionality of the items to be determined if they are not used as a result of handling Items

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?

If you need a different color or size, then the best way is to return the unwanted items to us and issue a new order. The return usually takes 3-4 days to reach our warehouse. We will then process your return within 24-48 hours and will refund your payment according to your chosen payment method.

If you place an order from our online store and receive the wrong product, please contact us and we will help you with the return and refund process. If the size of the product you received is not suitable, you can return the product to us and reorder it in our online store.
